As an Interior Decorator, I find that there are certain decorative items that seem to work in almost any room I decorate. One such product is ginger jars.
I seriously have a weakness for ginger jars, and after seeing some of the ones I have featured here today, you will too 
I especially love the blue and white porcelain styles with the chinoiserie pattern. I love the really large sizes that make a statement in a room. They work wonderfully grouped together, or just a large single jar on a dining table or cocktail table.
Now before you say they remind you of cremation jars (which I’ve heard before), take a look at some of these rooms with ginger jars as part of the decor

I do believe that you may have just convinced me to get one, two or three of those for my house. They’re really good looking!
Could definitely use one of those on my living room table and maybe my dining room table as well. I seem to like the pure white ones the best. I also like the octagonal (?) shaped one–it is different and I like different.
Love the idea..really looks wonderful and I think it can be for outdoors too..

What a cool way to jazz up some empty space. I especially love the picture of the shelf with all the blue ones. Very cool!
My sister used to collect Ginger Jars. At one point, she had so many that it looked like she was a sales person for ginger jars. What I like about them is… you can decorate with them and also hide little things in them that you don’t want lying out in the open.
I am just not a fan of those.. but they are very nice.. My wife likes those looks allot better then i do..

I love them with flower arrangements. They are really a nice addition to different areas of the rooms.
They remind me of the china my parents used to have. Always white and blue. It brings back memories! They are very pretty and loved the way they looked in the rooms. Have a Scentsational Day!

I can not believe I have never seen jars like this though I do collect jars – it has been a while. I have a strong preference for all of the blue and white ones. The white ones are just too plain for me.

These jars are beautiful. Unfortunately, I’m not sure that they would last very long in my house with a home full of active boys.

I love the ginger jars! I am all about practical so unless I needed them I probably wouldn’t splurge but they are adorable.
